3. Account Registration and Security

The mn77 Parties' total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount of deposits you have made to your mn77 account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or PHP 10,000, whichever is greater. This limitation of liability shall apply regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, even if mn77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. mn77 does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Service or servers are free of viruses or other harmful components. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from mn77 or through the Service shall create any warranty not expressly made herein.

11. Dispute Resolution

(PDRCI) or other mutually agreed arbitration body. Arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator in Metro Manila, Philippines, with proceedings conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Each party shall bear its own costs and fees in connection with arbitration proceedings.

These Terms and any Disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines, for resolution of any disputes not subject to arbitration. You waive any objection to venue in such courts and any claim that such courts constitute an inconvenient forum.

12. Amendments and Modifications

mn77 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time, in our sole discretion, with or without notice. Material changes to these Terms will be posted on the website and may be communicated to users via email or account notification.
